About the RoleWe''re working with a fast-growing London-based agency looking for a Paid Social Planner to lead DTC and E-Commerce campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on performance marketing professional who loves driving results, mentoring juniors, and shaping the agency''s DTC offering.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more

Manage campaigns end-to-end: ad copy, targeting, bids, and optimizations

Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions

Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the team

Ensure campaigns meet client briefs, objectives, and KPIs

Requirements

3+ years of Paid Social Media Planning

Experience with DTC brands and e-commerce campaigns

Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Tag Manager

1+ years client-facing experience (QBRs, monthly reporting)

Proven track record of scaling campaigns successfully

Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
