Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborating with Paid Media Manager/s and Executives to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive client successLeading the creation and implementation of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) within your portfolio to foster client growth and establish industry leadershipInnovating new ideas, techniques, and products to enhance client strategiesConducting test and learn initiatives to drive continuous improvementImpressing clients through innovation, knowledge sharing, and insights that exceed their expectationsEstablishing and upholding high-quality processes for paid media fundamentals, including optimisation, budget management, daily checks, and best practicesProviding guidance and support to team members on technical queries across paid media platforms, resolving client challenges effectivelyDirectly manage a team of Paid Media Executives and Managers, conducting 1:1s and bi-annual reviews. Mentoring new team members to ensure they become operational in their roles quickly and efficientlyMonitoring team journals to ensure profitability and resource efficiencyWorking with the Paid Media Account Director and Strategy Director to identify new growth and revenue opportunities across the teams client portfolioSupporting and leading on new business opportunities as neededAdditionally, you may be involved in:Participating in interviews and contributing to the recruitment processManaging and directing training and development initiatives within the teamAdvocating knowledge sharing across the organisation, driving cross-channel processes and tool utilisationInnovating new technologies and ways of working. Monitoring market trends to support internal growth and efficiency strategies, contributing to the development of the tech roadmapOverseeing regular and ad hoc projects within the team, ensuring timely and successful project deliveryAdvocating company policies and processes across all endeavours, maintaining alignment with organisational valuesPerson specification

Degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experienceDemonstrable in-depth experience working within a digital organisationProficient in the use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads Manager and Tiktok Ads ManagerExpert knowledge of current digital marketing best practices and strategiesProven track record in delivering performance in highly competitive marketsClear understanding of cross-channel activities, their benefits, and how they can integrate and complement each otherProven experience in developing client insights, anticipating future industry changes, and staying ahead of the curveExcellent in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills, specifically Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google SlidesAbility to consistently demonstrate innovation and initiative in approach and executionProven ability to work to and meet simultaneous deadlines, and to lead a team in achieving these deadlinesImpeccable attention to detail in all aspects of workStrong mathematical and analytical mind, capable of manipulating large data setsHighly organised with strong project management abilitiesExcellent communication, organisation, and presentation skillsProven ability to negotiate, build client relationships, and set clear expectationsAbility to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas, and formulate strategiesDemonstrated leadership skills in managing direct reports, motivating, and inspiring a teamExperience in line management, including developing a team, mentoring junior members, providing training sessions, and cultivating a positive working dynamicCompany benefits

hybrid working model

with a

minimum of 3 days a week

based in our

London

office
