This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial.Key Responsibilities:- Packing and Labelling: Accurately pack cushions and ensure each product is labelled correctly.- Use of Packaging Materials: Safely and effectively use various packaging materials including hand tools, glues, nails, and padding to ensure products are securely packed and protected for delivery.- Assembly and Quality Control: Ensure all items are assembled to the company''s high standards, checking for defects or discrepancies before packing.- Maintaining Clean Work Area: Keep your work area clean and organised to ensure a safe working environment and improve efficiency.- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.Requirements:- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.- Prior experience with packing or assembly work is beneficial but not required.- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to safely handle hand tools and packaging materials.- Strong work ethic and reliability.- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.- PPE Requirement: Safety boots and hi-visibility clothing must be worn at all times on the premises to ensure ..... full job details .....
