Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Weekend Hours: 7:00am - 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting Packers on behalf of our client in Rochdale.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy warehouse team. The role involves packing products accurately and efficiently, using scanners and working towards daily productivity targets.

The Role

As a Packer, your duties will include:

• Packing products accurately and efficiently
• Using a tape gun to seal boxes
• Using handheld scanners
• Checking products and orders for accuracy
• Preparing parcels for dispatch
• Working towards a KPI of 60 units per hour
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team
• Being on your feet throughout the shift

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Mondays: Start time may be brought forward to 7:00am during busy periods
• Weekends: 7:00am - 2:00pm
• Flexibility to work weekends when required

Requirements

• Previous packing or warehouse experience is desirable
• Must be confident using a tape gun
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be comfortable using handheld scanners
• Able to work towards a target of 60 units per hour
• Comfortable working on your feet all day
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

PPE Required

Candidates will need:

• Hi-Vis
• Safety Shoes
