Package Architect for Luxury Residential Projects

A leading architecture studio in Central London is seeking a Technical Architect to help lead packages for their luxury projects. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, the practice combines creativity with technical rigour.You’ll play a key role in the delivery of complex UK-based schemes, working closely with project leads and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion. Lead technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teamsPrepare detailed construction packages using Revit and NBS ChorusEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning conditionsSupport junior staff and contribute to QA processesRequirements
