PA to Principal

OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and inspiring PA to Principal to join Oasis Academy South Bank!

Our Academy opened in September 2013 with 120 students in Year 7 and has grown year on year with our Sixth Form opening in September 2018 and our founding cohort starting prestigious and exciting university courses last September. Through love, nurture and a rigorous academic focus, our vision is to support every child and help them to achieve their full potential, becoming model citizens and future leaders. All students are welcome with us, regardless of starting point, need or complexity. Responsibilities

Act as PA to the Principal, being a key point of communication with families, staff and visitors.

Lead on some whole-school events and support making visits to the school a success.

Support the school’s communications to ensure they are clear and watertight.

Provide flexible and positive support in a dynamic, varied role where every day is different.

Person specification

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Ability to work flexibly and maintain a positive approach in a busy school environment.
