QTS Tutor - CoventryAs a QTS Tutor, you will create, plan, and deliver tailored 1:1 lessons to bridge gaps in pupils'' education, boost engagement, and improve attainment levels.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced teacher looking to step away from the classroom and deliver personalised learning that makes a real difference. You will support pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND, SEMH, EHCPs, medical needs, school refusal, or those who are currently out of education.Many of the pupils you will work with may have missed significant periods of education and require patient, creative, and flexible support to help rebuild their confidence and re-engage with learning.
