1:1 Outreach Tutor - BirminghamAs a 1:1 Outreach Tutor, you will create, plan, and deliver personalised lessons tailored to each pupil''s individual needs, helping to bridge gaps in education while increasing engagement, confidence, and attainment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to step away from the traditional classroom and make a meaningful difference through bespoke, one-to-one teaching.Many of the pupils have been out of education for an extended period, meaning their confidence and motivation may be low.
