Outreach Tutor - Burnley

Location: Burnley
Pay: -3033 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are looking for experienced Outreach Tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition to children and young people across Burnley. Sessions take place in learners'' homes or community settings such as libraries during daytime hours.

Working in partnership with Lancashire Local Authority and schools across the area, you will support learners who may have SEND, EHCPs, SEMH needs, or who require alternative educational provision.

Requirements:

• Experience working with SEND learners
• Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
• Ability to build positive relationships and engage learners
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

This role is ideal for qualified teachers, tutors, SEND specialists, and other education professionals who are passionate about helping young people achieve their potential.

Rate of pay: -3033 per hour.
