Outdoor Learning and Enrichment Coordinator - SEN School - Yateley

A supportive SEN school in Yateley is seeking a passionate Outdoor Learning and Enrichment Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who believes in the power of outdoor education and enrichment to support young people with additional needs.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate a range of outdoor learning opportunities and enrichment activities that enhance students'' academic, social and emotional development.

Location: Yateley, Hampshire
Salary: -25,000 - -30,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full Time or Part Time
Start Date: ASAP or September Start

The Role

• Plan and deliver outdoor learning programmes for students with SEN
• Coordinate enrichment activities such as forest school, outdoor education and life skills experiences
• Support students'' confidence, independence and teamwork through experiential learning
• Work with teachers and support staff to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum
• Organise enrichment activities, trips and events
• Ensure all activities follow safeguarding and health & safety guidance

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A passion for outdoor learning and enrichment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Creative, proactive and able to engage young people
• Experience in outdoor education, youth work or forest school is desirable
