Organisational Development Partner

About the role Organisational Development Partner We are looking for a forward-thinking Organisational Development Partner to support the Council in developing an engaged, capable and high-performing workforce. The post is available on a 12-month temporary contract, with secondment applications encouraged. Organisational Development Partner Working as part of the Corporate HR and Organisational Learning service, and reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will operate as a trusted organisational development partner to senior leaders, managers and services across the Council. You will diagnose organisational and workforce development needs and design practical interventions that support the delivery of Council priorities. A key focus of the role will be supporting the Council''s People Strategy priorities and Culture transformation work. You will help translate the Council''s values and desired culture into meaningful behaviours, leadership practices and employee experiences. This will include supporting culture and engagement initiatives, leadership and management development, staff survey activity, talent and succession planning, coaching, learning and development, and organisational change. You will work collaboratively with the OD Manager and colleagues across HR and Organisational Learning to develop and deliver corporate OD priorities.
