Band 7 Organisational Development / TransformationWe are looking for an experienced Organisational Development professional to support a transformation programme within the NHS.Contract: 1st September 2026 to March 2027Rate: £34.11 per hourLocation: Predominantly remote, with occasional travel to the MidlandsThe role will provide OD support across organisational change and transformation, with a particular focus on the people impact of change and embedding new ways of working.Key experience required includes:Supporting organisational change and transformationDeveloping, delivering and evaluating OD interventionsDesigning blended learning solutionsLeadership and management developmentStrong stakeholder managementSupporting teams and leaders to implement and embed a new Target Operating ModelPrevious NHS experience would be highly beneficial.If you are available from September and interested in discussing the role further, please get in touch. ..... full job details .....
