You will be responsible for leading a team of administrators, to achieve and fulfil operational efficiency, compliance, inventory accuracy and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and prioritise orders and workflow to ensure operational and customer service requirements are achievedOversee the shipment of goods to international customers, guaranteeing adherence to export regulations and company procedures.Manage the preparation of export documentation and collaborate with freight forwarders and customs authorities.Achievement of performance objectives related to accuracy, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Train, coach, and develop team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and Health and Safety standards.Contribute to the enhancement of administrative processes and ..... full job details .....
