Be the go-to expert for Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and design within the HRIS team.Collaborate with global HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and more) to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient HR solutions.Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, and more.Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems to meet evolving business needs.Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless user adoption.Build reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.Develop integrations and HCM Extracts using fast formulas.Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes.What You Bring

Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting).Strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes.Problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Bonus points if you''ve used AI to streamline internal operations.Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).Solid track record in HRIS or HR application development.Why This Role
