Oracle ERP Test ManagerReady to Lead Oracle ERP Testing at Scale? Join Version 1 as a Test Manager. You’ll take full ownership of the testing lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution and reporting—across high-impact Oracle Cloud projects. You’ll lead hybrid teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure coordination across upstream and downstream systems.Role overview : You will be accountable for end-to-end testing, shaping best practices, and supporting testing across Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end test managementTest strategy, planning, scripting best practicesTest design and execution with reporting and defect logging, coordinating between upstream and downstream systemsManaging a hybrid team of test analysts and client end users/subject matter expertsWorking independently and remotely, with travel for client engagements as neededAdditional responsibilitiesOversee training and development of colleaguesMaintain current product knowledgeDefine performance indicators and targetsMaintain high customer satisfaction (internal and external)Deliver project activities efficiently within a recognized project methodologyMeet quarterly objectives during appraisalsQualificationsExperience in test management and defect managementOracle testing environments for implementations/upgrades; experience with ERP/HCM modules and at least one full upgrade or implementation testing lifecycleStrong problem-solving and innovative thinking; ability to translate customer requirements into workable solutionsOrganized, analytical, process-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlinesTime management and effective remote work capabilitiesAdditional Information
