Role Title: Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical ArchitectDuration: 06 MonthsLocation: Leeds - onsiteYour role: As an Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical Architect, you''ll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients and supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle CLOUD HCM modules, specifically Core HR/Payroll for the UK public sector. You''ll need a deep understanding of all Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle CLOUD Core HR/Payroll in the UK public sector. You''ll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, transitioning from the current system and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You''ll provide necessary support and guidance to existing solutions.Must Have Skills:Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle CLOUD HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UKProficient in Core HR, UK PayrollKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning, Payroll batch loaderAbility to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business and management)Knowledge and support of existing solutionsPreparation of status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPersonalExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent planner for release planning and delivery planningExcellent problem-solving skillsCoaching and mentoring of team members (experience managing 5+ team members)Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologiesHigh analytical skillsHigh initiative and flexibilityCustomer-focused mindsetHigh quality awarenessResponsibilities
Lead and support Oracle CLOUD HCM, specifically focusing on Core HR/Payroll for UK clientsParticipate in Data Conversion activities including defining Data Conversion StrategyDemonstrate expert proficiency in Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processesApply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sectorLead the transition of ongoing systemUtilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools (HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning)Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and other relevant ..... full job details .....
