Overview
Oracle Cloud Core HR / Payroll Technical Architect to support UK public sector clients. The role requires deep expertise in UK Payroll, Pension, Absence, and Core HR processes, with proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Core HR / Payroll modules.Key Responsibilities
Conduct client workshops to review cloud functionality and gather project requirements.Lead Payroll and Absence modules to ensure solutions align with Phase 1 functionality.Collaborate with offshore teams for build and system testing.Deliver CRP sessions, key user training, and define future process flows.Provide functional support for data migration, reporting, and interfaces.Engage directly with clients, covering integrations, transitions from legacy systems, and reporting across modules.Translate complex Oracle Cloud technical solutions into clear insights for both technical and senior business stakeholders.Offer ongoing support and guidance for existing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.Required Skills and Experience
Strong expertise in UK Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Pension processes.Proven Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR / Payroll) project experience in UK public sector environments.Experience leading Payroll and Absence module implementations.Ability to conduct workshops, CRPs, and user training effectively.Skilled in client engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design.Strong communication skills to bridge between technical teams and senior management.Seniority level
