Monday-Friday, 8-hour morning shiftPosition Summary:Dean''s Professional Services is seeking a dedicated Operating Room Materials Manager to lead and manage supply chain activities within the surgical services department. The ORMM supports OR operations through inventory management, clinical integration, vendor relations, and supply cost management to optimize efficiency and patient care delivery.Key Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy and completeness of Materials Management Information Systems Manage daily supply chain clinical integration for OR, including ordering, restocking, and case picking

Optimize replenishment processes and manage consignment and bulk inventory

Oversee Tissue Tracker system for vendor certifications, recalls, and inventory verification

Track expiration dates for all OR supplies

Build and maintain relationships with surgical vendors and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with OR leadership, clinical resource directors, and supply chain teams on cost management and process improvements

Transport and deliver legend and non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices as needed

Assist with Meditech Supply Inventory dictionary management and preference card processes when required

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor''s degree3+ years leadership experience and/or AD program graduateHospital experience and medical terminology knowledge
