RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise the management on structuring of acquisitions strategies and identify and explore investment opportunities in LondonCarry out feasibility study for potential acquisition and then advise to the top managementPerform financial analysis, market research and asset valuationAsset management of overseas propertiesREQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business, Real Estate or relevant disciplinesProfessional qualifications such as HKIS/RICS/CFA is a definite advantageAt least 15 years’ relevant experience, of which 5 years in managerial level with property developerProven track records in asset disposal and acquisition in LondonFluent in Cantonese, English and MandarinAnalytical mind, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and presentation skillsFrequent overseas travel is required if the candidate lives in Hong KongCandidates with less experience will be considered as ManagerHOW TO APPLY
