About The Role

Welcoming patients and delivering a personal, high-quality service.Booking appointments, handling calls, and general reception duties.Dispensing a range of lenses, including single vision, varifocals, and high-index.Making frame adjustments and supporting patients with their eyewear choices.Assisting the optometrist and contributing to the smooth daily running of the practice.Helping maintain a tidy, organised and relaxed practice environment.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience working in optics is essential.Someone friendly, professional and confident dealing with patients.A team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues in a supportive setting.Organised, proactive, and passionate about great service.
