Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer serviceDispensing glasses to all levels with accuracy and confidenceSupporting pre-screening tests and assisting with contact lens appointmentsHelping patients choose frames and advising on lens optionsHandling reception duties including appointment booking and patient record managementContributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practiceAbout You

Previous experience as an Optical Assistant is essentialSkilled in dispensing and confident supporting patients of all agesStrong communication and customer service skillsFriendly, approachable, and professional mannerA team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicThe Benefits
