This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting service managers, strengthening standards and helping people receive support that promotes wellbeing and independence. The role Working closely with service managers and operational teams, you will help maintain effective, compliant and well-organised services while driving continuous improvement. Oversee person-centred care and service delivery, supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of people using our services. Support the development, implementation and review of care plans and risk assessments. Monitor service standards, organisational compliance and key performance indicators. Support managers with day-to-day operational and service delivery requirements. Oversee staff schedules and operational resources to support effective delivery. Promote compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements. Support internal audits and external compliance reviews.
