CCS Homecare Services is looking for an experienced and organised Operations Support Manager to support the safe, effective and compliant delivery of our Domiciliary Care services. This is a varied operational role for someone who understands community-based care and can support managers and care teams to deliver reliable, person-centred services.

The role

Working closely with service managers and operational teams, you will help maintain effective, compliant and well-organised services while driving continuous improvement.

• Oversee the delivery of person-centred care within the community.
• Support the development, implementation and review of care plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor service standards, organisational compliance and key performance indicators.
• Support effective staff scheduling and the use of operational resources.
• Help managers respond to day-to-day care delivery and operational requirements.
• Ensure services operate in line with safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audits and external compliance reviews.
• Maintain effective communication with service users, staff, managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve care quality, operational efficiency and service delivery.

About you

• Experience working in a health and social care environment.
• Experience supervising and managing staff.
• Excellent knowledge of adult social care standards, safeguarding and health and safety.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work in line with operational needs, including between 6am and 10pm on any day of the week when required.

Qualification: RQF Level 3 or an equivalent health-related qualification is preferred. Applicants without this qualification must be willing to enrol on Level 3 within the first six months.

Travel: A valid driving licence and use of your own car are desirable.
