Operations Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has been created to join my clients well-established team due to growth and restructuring within the company. The candidate will be operating in a busy environment, striving to meet tight working deadlines, whilst constantly upholding current operations and will frequently liaise with customers, manage sales / purchasing enquiries and strong communication skills are essential. The candidate should be either someone who has been looking for an opportunity to further their career where they have been helping manage a team, working alongside management, or have a history within the hydraulic and/or commercial vehicles industry looking for a new opportunity. Requirements Involvement with all operations of the company: purchase ordering, stock control, P and L responsibility, sales and development of successful/profitable business Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, customers and suppliers Forward thinking with the ability to make decisions, drive and deliver change Ability to utilise resources in the right place at the right time, based on activity demands Flexibility to take a hands-on approach to tasks within the warehouse as required Managing orders, focusing on schedule adherence and on time delivery Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and in house systems We are looking for a committed, reliable individual who is keen to learn Full UK Driving License Responsibilities include: Ensure all operations are carried ..... full job details .....
