Operations Supervisor

One of Glasgow’s most well-loved Fishmongers is looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join the team and learn the ropes alongside the current Operations Manager. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role, with full support, coaching and guidance. As Operations Supervisor, you will play a hands-on part in the daily running of the business – supporting customer service, sales, logistics and warehouse operations. 

What we’re looking for in an Operations Supervisor:

- Someone eager to grow into a supervisory role
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A team player who can stay calm and focused under pressure
- Experience in the food or fish industry is helpful but not essential
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job

You will be working 45 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday, with shifts starting at midnight. 

In return, you will receive a salary starting at £33,000 per annum.
