Operations Manager

Tinnitus UK is looking for an experienced, ambitious and highly organised Operations Manager to join our senior team and play a key role in the leadership and future development of the charity. You will work closely with our CEO, Board of Trustees and colleagues across the organisation to help turn our ambitions into action and ensure Tinnitus UK has the strong foundations, systems and ways of working it needs to succeed and to best support people living with tinnitus, and those who support them. You will be an important link between the staff team and Board, bringing insight, challenge and practical solutions to organisational decision-making. You will lead and develop a small team, build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers, and take ownership of a broad portfolio spanning finance, governance, people, systems, risk, compliance and organisational improvement. We are looking for someone who enjoys making organisations work better: someone who can see the bigger picture while also making sure the detail is right. You will be comfortable moving between strategic conversations with the CEO and Trustees and the practical work required to make things happen. You do not need to be an expert in tinnitus. What matters is that you share our values, are motivated by our purpose and want to use your operational leadership to help Tinnitus UK achieve more for people affected by tinnitus.
