Driving operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and efficiency. Managing labour planning, productivity, yields and operational costs. Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Working closely with Engineering, Technical, Planning and Supply Chain to deliver business objectives. Leading operational readiness for customer and external audits. Developing people, succession plans and future leaders across the operation.
