Student accommodation is about far more than bricks and mortar. It is about creating a positive experience for hundreds of students during some of the most important years of their lives.

We''re working with a well-established private property business in Lincoln that manages a portfolio of around 350 student beds across a mixture of HMOs and larger flat developments. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced property professional to become the central point of contact for lettings, maintenance coordination and day-to-day property operations.

This is a varied and highly visible role where no two days are the same. One morning you could be arranging viewings and securing tenancy agreements, the next coordinating maintenance works, supporting students with queries or ensuring key compliance records are up-to-date.

The successful candidate will bring previous experience within student lettings, residential lettings or student accommodation management and enjoy building relationships with students, parents, contractors and colleagues alike. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

You''ll play a key role in driving occupancy, managing the student journey from enquiry through to move-out, coordinating maintenance activity across the portfolio and helping to ensure properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
