Operations Manager - Food Manufacturing Wiltshire 90,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Permanent An established and growing food manufacturing business in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop a key manufacturing facility. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams and shaping the future manufacturing strategy. The successful candidate will oversee all operational functions including production, engineering, supply chain, technical and hygiene, ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely and in line with the highest food safety and quality standards.
