An exciting Operations Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing technology business is looking for an experienced operational professional to help build and scale the processes, systems and infrastructure that support a global remote workforce. Fully remote position Permanent opportunity Scaling international technology business Start date: ASAP Salary: Up to £50,000 plus benefits The Job As the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. Creating, documenting and improving business processes, policies and SOPs. Supporting HR administration, including offer letters and employee documentation. Owning day-to-day operational administration across the business. Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and company events. Reviewing and managing contracts and operational documentation. Managing and improving internal systems, workflows and business tools. Supporting compliance activities, audits and governance processes. Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and scalability. Driving operational excellence across a growing international organisation. Providing administrative support across people, operations and commercial functions. Identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency and process improvement. You Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Business Operations, People Operations or similar role.
