The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Contract Managers, Site Manager''s, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
