Overview
Role Purpose: Oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and member services to ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery of strategic goals.Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for efficiency and quality.Lead and deliver projects, ensuring milestones and stakeholder engagement.Improve membership processes, systems, and communications.Support strategic objectives alongside senior leadership.Oversee governance reporting for Board/Committees.Manage suppliers, budgets, and financial planning.Support events, conferences, and CPD delivery.Line manage staff/contractors.Skills and Experience
Operations management experience in a membership body (essential).Strong project management (Prince2/Agile/PMP desirable).Budget and resource management skills.Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.Leadership and stakeholder management experience.Knowledge of CRM/membership systems.Strong communication skills.Passion for professional development and member service.Offer
