Food Wholesaler Seeking an Operations Manager

We are a food wholesaler operating in a 250,000 square foot facility with a workforce of 400 people.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

Graduate caliber.

At least 5 years of experience in an FMCG background.

Previous experience working in a unionised environment.

Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for:

6 Shift Managers

5 Supervisors

25 Team Leaders

200 Warehouse Staff

Manage an annual operating budget of £8.5 million.
