Operations Manager

Greys Specialist Recruitment are recruiting for an established Occupational Health provider looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of client contracts across the UK and Europe. This is a broad operational role covering service delivery, contract management, people management and client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered effectively, maintaining performance against agreed standards and taking ownership of any operational issues that arise. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure contracts run smoothly, resources are managed effectively and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. The role will also involve monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting the successful implementation of new contracts. A key part of the position will be managing and developing the people responsible for delivering the services. You will provide operational leadership across the teams supporting your contracts, ensuring appropriate staffing, performance management and resource planning are in place.
