A leading name in the food and agriculture sector is looking for a hands-on Seed Operations Manager to lead a busy seed potato site in Scotland. You''ll manage the full operation - from seed supply and grower coordination to grading, logistics and dispatch - ensuring around 32,000 tonnes of seed moves smoothly each year.

• Oversee seed intake, grading, packaging, and dispatch

• Manage stock control, logistics and operational planning

• Build strong relationships with growers and suppliers

• Lead and develop a small site team

• Work closely with agri and commercial teams to match seed supply to factory demand

• Take full accountability for site operations during peak periods

• Experience in fresh produce (e.g. potatoes, root veg, fruit)

• Strong knowledge of agricultural supply chains

• Organised and practical - a doer, not a clipboard manager

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong grasp of systems and Excel

• Flexibility to work longer hours during peak (esp. Aug-Sep)

• -60,000 salary

• -6,200 car allowance

• Bonus (5-10%)
