The post carries responsibility for varying tasks across a specified geographical Region to ensure care homes achieve the highest possible standards of care and service, whilst delivering financial performance in line with pre-agreed budget assumptions. The Operations Support Manager will line manage a number of Registered Home Managers and will work with the Regional Operations Manager to contribute to the strategic leadership and direction of nursing and care across the group. Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry is a must Identify training needs for the managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
