The ideal candidate will be based locally and have experience in a production environment as well as strong management skills. Operations Manager Job Overview Manage all manufacturing operations across welding, fabrication, assembly and warehouse functions.Ensure production schedules are achieved safely, efficiently and to quality standards.Lead daily production meetings and coordinate activities across departments.Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements.Manage purchasing and material planning activities. Operations Manager Job Requirements Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager role.Automotive experience.Experience within fabrication, engineering or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement training.Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
