Operations Executive OverviewThis role is integral to ensuring smooth execution across supply chain, logistics, inventory and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced fashion environment.The Operations Executive is a detail-oriented, analytical professional who takes ownership of data accuracy, uses Excel with confidence and precision, and proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement.Key Requirements Strong analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving. Solid Excel capability - confident with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and building operational trackers and reports. Exceptional attention to detail, with a rigorous approach to data accuracy across all operational outputs. Proactive communicator who can translate complex operational data into clear, actionable updates for cross-functional stakeholders. Logistics and Fulfilment Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with warehouse teams to coordinate stock, order and fulfilment processing and resolve issues promptly. Build and maintain accurate weekly intake planners in Excel to provide cross-functional visibility of incoming goods. Oversee stock movements across wholesale and e-commerce channels, maintaining data integrity and identifying discrepancies. Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking.
