Customer Service and Event Operations Executive 30,000 - 35,000 + Excellent Benefits Leading independent events business seeks a polished Customer Service and Event Operations Executive. This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role who is looking to develop their career within the events industry. You will support customers and delegates throughout their event journey, manage event administration and help deliver a seamless onsite experience, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Production and Finance. This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service. You will be comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and managing multiple priorities, whilst being keen to learn and develop within the role. Skills, Experience and Attributes We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Excellent attention to detail, with confidence managing high volumes of customer and event data accurately. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. A proactive, solutions focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and work independently. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer-service focus.
