They are looking for an Operations Engineer to be the focal point for all aspects of the client sales process for their production chemical and renewables business. From attaining the enquiry, through technical support, RFQs, tenders, sales order process and aftersales support. The Senior Operations Engineer will deliver the best possible customer service and technical support. A key part of this role will be the interaction with, and support from other business functions to achieve this purpose. Your Core Responsibilities and Tasks Interpret client technical information. Compile detailed responses to technical enquiries for clients. Present complex information in a manner that is most appropriate for the audience. Recommend appropriate products based on specific client applications. When required provide technical support to clients at their offices, at their worksite, or at an offshore location.
