The role is 100 % office based and location is around the West Byfleet area. Salary £32-35kPurpose of the role:To support the day-to-day coordination and execution of operationsaccurate planning and scheduling of shipmentsclear communication with customers and internal teamsconsistent service delivery aligned to defined processesThis role is focused on hands-on operational execution, supporting the Operational Account Lead and wider operations team to deliver a controlled, high-quality service.This is a operational role, working within the operations team and supporting:daily shipment coordinationdemo movements and returnscustomer updates and communicationThe role plays a key part in maintaining accuracy, consistency, and control across all day-to-day operational activity.Key Duties :Ensure full visibility and control across all movementsSupport planning and coordination of:shipmentsdemo movementscollections and deliveriesAssist with:scheduling jobsallocating resourcesensuring clear operational instructionsCreate and manage bookings in internal systemsUpdate job status in real timeMaintain accurate records including:delivery detailsdocumentationstatus changesProvide updates to customers on:delivery timingjob progressstatus changesSupport handling of:booking confirmationsgeneral queriesEscalate issues where requiredCoordinate with:transport providerswarehouse teamoperations colleaguesEnsure:accurate handoversclear communication of job requirementsalignment on ..... full job details .....
