Operations Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as an Operations Co-Ordinator to join a growing and dynamic team based in Watford, Hertfordshire. This role offers the chance to play a key part in a thriving international business, supporting the full lifecycle of customer order fulfilment, from initial enquiries and order updates through to delivery coordination and issue resolution. The client is renowned for delivering end-to-end procurement, supply chain management, logistics and financial solutions to businesses operating across the mining and energy industries, supported by a global network of suppliers and service providers.You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure customers receive a seamless and professional service throughout the order process. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, you will provide regular updates, manage expectations and coordinate with the wider Operations, Accounts and Warehouse teams to ensure goods are delivered on time and in full. You will also liaise with third-party logistics providers to arrange transport, packaging, inspections and other services in line with customer requirements.
