Operations Coordinator Location: Loudwater Hours: Full Time, Temp role ASAP About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting logistics, stock control, customer service, e-commerce administration, office management, and compliance activities.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, coordinating shipments across the UK and internationally, maintaining accurate stock records, supporting Amazon and website sales channels, and liaising with customers, suppliers, and service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate UK and worldwide shipments, including imports, exports, and cross-trade movements.Process customer orders and arrange deliveries through approved logistics partners.Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.Support HMRC and compliance reporting, including excise and duty administration.Manage Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and website administration.Respond to customer enquiries and resolve operational issues.Coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics and stock requirements.Oversee general office administration, suppliers, contractors, and facilities services.Act as a key point of contact for tenants, service providers, and internal teams.Support stock audits, reporting, and annual leave administration.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in an Operations, Logistics, ..... full job details .....
