This business has built a strong reputation for delivering urgent shipments across road and air, supporting clients where speed and precision are essential.

This is a high-energy, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and wants to be part of a dynamic operations team.

The Role

• Coordinate time-critical shipments across road and air (import & export)
• Manage urgent hand carry shipments and high-priority consignments
• Liaise with airlines, hauliers, and international partners
• Monitor shipments end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met
• Problem-solve in real-time and provide proactive updates to customers
• Ensure all operational and customs documentation is accurate and compliant

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in time-critical, air freight, or express logistics (highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of import/export operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible and willing to work additional hours/overtime when required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong attention to detail
