Job Title: Operations CoordinatorLocation: BasingstokeJob Type: Temporary (Temp to Perm Opportunity available) Rate of Pay: 15 per hour Shift Time: Monday to Friday office based 09:00am - 17:00pm Here at The Best Connection we are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our clients Operations department. This is a key role within the business, ensuring smooth operations, maximising efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our operational performance. Key Responsibilities of a Operations Coordinator: Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure seamless interdepartmental operationsMonitor internal order progress and review regularly with relevant teamsCoordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet customer expectationsWork closely with quality assurance teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvementMaintain accurate and up-to-date operational and shipment documentationGenerate and manage operational reports using internal systemsDesirable Skills and Experience Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with (url removed) or similar project management/communication platformsStrong time management.Familiarity with Sage 200 or similar ERP systems, as well as spreadsheet and project management toolsWhat We OfferA collaborative and supportive ..... full job details .....
