We are now looking for a hands-on Operations Capability Manager to lead from the front, drive performance, and develop their people. The role of Operations Capability Manager This is a mid -senior, high-impact position requiring a confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure and leads by example. You will take ownership of operational delivery while building capability across the team. You will directly manage a small team, including Team Leaders, ensuring performance, engagement, and continuous development. Key Responsibilities of the Operations Capability Manager Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers and internal stake holders Make timely, well-informed decisions in a fast-moving environment Act as a hands-on leader stepping in where needed to get the job done Coach, mentor, and develop a team of service operators, fostering a high-performance culture Support and develop Team Leaders to strengthen leadership capability Drive accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the team Identify operational challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions Monitor performance metrics and take proactive action to improve outcomes Build strong relationships internally and externally to contribute ..... full job details .....
