Operations and HSEQ Manager - Waste Management and Metal Recycling

EXPERIENCED OPERATIONS and HSEQ PROFESSIONAL WITH STRONG HEALTH, SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A MULTI-SITE OPERATION IN THE WASTE MANAGEMENT and RECYCLING SECTOR TITLE: Operations and HSEQ Manager SALARY: £52,000 £55,000 + pension LOCATION: North West candidates may be based in Wrexham, Mold, Oswestry or surrounding areas THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Operations and HSEQ Manager to take responsibility for operational performance, health, safety, environmental and compliance activities across a multi-site waste management and recycling operation. The successful candidate will have strong operational and HSEQ experience, excellent knowledge of UK legislation and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational performance across multiple sites. You will be confident operating in a fast-paced industrial environment and have the ability to influence, engage and lead employees and managers at all levels.
