Your responsibilities will include:Daily Operations:Supporting Traders: Assisting with stall setup and breakdown, and building positive relationships with licence holders.Ensuring Compliance: Carrying out regular checks on stalls, what they are selling, on licences, and advising traders on their responsibilities.
