You’ll:
- Coordinate installations and aftersales work
- Liaise with installers, suppliers, and warehouse teams
- Keep everything on schedule with clear communication and planning
- Deliver great customer service every time
You are:
- A confident communicator with a great phone manner
- Organised, proactive, and great at multitasking
- Experienced in a busy operations role (construction/double glazing preferred)
- Skilled in CRM systems and IT tools
