Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Location: Minworth, West Midlands
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Opportunities
Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client for a Business Support Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience using Sage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to office and management teams.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Using Sage for various tasks such as order entry. 
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries professionally.
  • Providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Preferred experience using Sage software
  • Good communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
